What you’ll achieve
As Privacy Product Manager, you will be part of the Dell Privacy Center of Excellence team. You will drive the design and development of internal privacy technology products and solutions. Your work will help ensure all of Dell Technologies operates in compliance with Dell’s global privacy standards. In addition, your work will support the delivery of best in class privacy customer experiences that drive value to our customers and Dell.
Own privacy product visions and roadmaps
Perform industry and market research to identify best practices and assess privacy vendor solutions
Conduct internal customer research to understand unmet needs and pain points
Leads requirements gathering and collaborate cross-functionally with legal department, privacy architects, customer data stewards and multiple IT teams to inform roadmaps and product prioritization
Develop user stories and product requirements, engage in usability and user acceptance testing, and define and monitor success metrics for maximal impact

Experience in playing the Product Manager role for at least three years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
5+ years of experience writing and grooming requirements as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Manager for at least five years
Undergraduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6+ years relevant experience.
Knowledge of data architecture, SQL, ETL processes and IT agile development methodology
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather data, both qualitative and quantitative, emerge with insights, and make and communicate well-reasoned decisions
Experience building and tracking product metrics
Experience writing user acceptance test
Experience deploying customer privacy solutions (e.g. Data Subject Access and Deletion Requests automation)
Experience working with data lineage and mapping solutions (e.g. Collibra, Informatica,..)
