The Product Management team is responsible for the organization’s response to the voice of the customer in our product strategy and execution. We manage the life-cycle from creation through to end-of-life. The individual we seek could fill a variety of roles to support the organization from innovating new services to address new business opportunities to managing revenue growth of existing services to justifying the end-of-life of obsolete services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving structured product development lifecycles based on consensus and collaboration across a variety of organizations (finance, pricing, cost, engineering, operations, marketing, sales, etc).

  • Application of business development principles towards addressing customer needs with services that the customer and the organization both value.

  • Ability to project “what-if” scenarios to both prioritize and plan, to avoid pitfalls, to address needs without escalation.

  • Analyzing existing organizational performance to create plans for continuous improvement in quality, profitability, and competitive positioning.

  • Leadership through effective communication with, and motivation of, others above, equal and below their grade level to drive collaboration and alignment for smooth product execution across the organization and through the product life cycle.

Essential Requirements

  • Understanding and analyzing industry trends and competitive information to create insight that influences product and organizational plans.

  • Understanding of the go-to-market process and interlocks in the customer acquisition process and sales funnel.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA

  • Pragmatic Marketing Certified

  • Domain knowledge of Support & Deployment Services

  • Excellent understanding and experience of Dell's Offer Life-cycle Process.
