In this role you will be responsible for the execution of new deployment services sold globally through a variety of channels including Dell.com, Dell sales,and other partnerships. The Program Manager is the objective voice of the core team and governs stakeholders to deliver results guided by the Offer Lifecycle Process. A successful launch is primarily dependent on the leadership and critical thinking strengths of the Program Manager.
Lead the management and execution of cross-functional programs through the Offer Lifecycle Process
Develop project goals that support the business objectives and develop and execute strategies and plans to meet those goals
Identify and implement process improvements
Lead core team, kick off projects, establish schedules and facilitate meetings
Ensures the core team launches services on time and at the desired quality level
Track progress, report status and make necessary change requests to achieve all program goals
Proven project management performance competencies for scope, time, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder satisfaction
Proven track record and cross-functional leadership skills
Experience in program management including planning
Detailed understanding and working knowledge of Market Requirements, Documents, Business Contracts, offer/solution design documentation,process and procedures guides, Pilot and Test -Planning, and business readiness review
10-12 years relevant experience
- Project Management Professional certification
