Senior Consultant - Program Management
This role is responsible for enabling and leading a large and complex workstream in a multi year Finance Transformation Program.
This lead will develop and articulate project plans by working cross-functionally across Finance/Accounting, Dell Digital and System integrator, driving alignment and accountability for the program.
Lead design discussions and workshops with key stakeholders, document business requirements primarily for accounting general ledger, consolidation, US GAAP and Statutory reporting. Determine data construct and business rules in new technology to enable dynamic reporting and allow flexibility for future business needs.
Redesign future accounting processes to drive continuous close and operational efficiencies while ensuring controls are reviewed and updated accordingly. Work with business and program team to develop test scenarios and test scripts.
Manage business readiness including training material development, data conversion, and cut over plan. Provide clear and timely communication to key stakeholders throughout the project.
What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Consultant - Program Management, you will be responsible for developing plans, compiling requirements, driving milestones and accountability, setting budgets, supervising project activities and communicating achievements to key business partners.
• Communicate and lead all aspects of project documentation, implementation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement, and project handoffs
• Develop a strategy that aligns different business units and scales globally
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to gauge progress and changes to the scope and schedule.
• Identify and quantify variances and perform required corrective actions while communicating to all partners.

15+ years of related experience in Finance or Accounting operational experience in Finance or Accounting functions
Demonstrated experience in implementation of successful global financial systems projects
Solid track record in project management
Ability to lead large projects across cross functional teams
Bachelor’s degree or higher
CPA or equivalent
