Dell Program Manager in Round Rock, Texas

Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

Join us as a Program Manager on our Change Management and Organizational Readiness team in Austin, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia and other Remote US locations to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you'll achieve

As the Program Manager you'll function as the Team Coach for 600+ team members. Developing partnerships with Dell Technologies Talent and Development team to devise and roll out team-wide training for key change initiatives, management of internal development and Internship programs, and implementation and maintenance of onboarding process/support with success measures and retrospectives.

You will:

  • Communicate and lead all aspects of project documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement, and project handoffs

  • Develop a strategy that aligns cross functionally and scales globally

  • Leverage DT’s people philosophy tools to aide in understanding alignment of team/individual goals to Culture Code

  • Identify and quantify variances and perform required corrective actions while communicating to all partners

Essential Requirements

  • Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams

  • Experience leading virtual teams

  • Ability to analyze critical factors and variables that may impact the given team, program or process

  • Ability to manage relationships, serve as a strategic business partner with key customers and internal stakeholders

  • Solid track record in developing people focused initiatives.

  • Ability to lead large multi-headed projects and project teams

  • Ability to communicate and evangelize cross teams and at varied levels of leadership

Desirable Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of competitors and their programs as well as potential partner relationships for Business Development
