We support the opportunity lifecycle from development through to contracting, acting as the primary liaison between the customer and the financial support organizations. RPF tenders, customer business case analysis, total cost of ownership modelling – we take it all in our stride.

Key Responsibilities

  • Principle responsibility is managing the Request for Quotation (RFQ) intake, response, and submission process for large Federal Government customer contracts. This involves using existing tools and following established procedures to successfully handle a high volume of customer requests. Must be able to work closely with the inside sales team. In addition, must be able to support cross functional teams in the sales support process and establish working relationships with others outside area of expertise. Must be able to review/analyze data and exercise independent judgment on business matters. Must be able to analyze processes, apply research, gather information, and use interpretation skills to develop process solutions and solve problems of diverse scope. This individual will support and participate with regional teams on projects that impact the RFQ process. They will also have regular contact with customers for problem resolution.

  • Monitoring customer portals on a daily basis

  • Reviewing customer Request for Quotes

  • Interfacing with Federal inside sales reps

  • Reviewing Dell quotations

  • Interfacing with customer contact(s) Essential Requirements

  • Critical skills are the ability to use existing systems, tools, and procedures to accomplish the job while analyzing processes for continuous improvement.

  • Must be highly organized and be comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.

  • Must be able to communicate directly with customers in a professional manner.

  • Must possess a strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.

  • Undergraduate degree or 2-4 years relevant experience preferred.

  • Must be verified US citizen. Desirable Requirements
