In Quality Engineering we play a central role by developing, implementing, and maintaining technical quality assurance and control systems. We look for ways to improve the inspection, verification and validation of our finished products (which includes services). Our team defines strategy – not to mention governance – for the implementation of quality standards and methodology. In addition to participating in the review of engineering and services process designs, we assist customers or engineers in gathering and analyzing data to drive excellent decisions.
You will (key responsibilities)
Manage the program associated with the digitalization of Deploy services, by organizing and developing Executive Communications on progress to goals
Facilitate defining, understanding, and implementing Quality Business Processes and Best Practices in critical existing and new areas to ensure effective outcomes in terms of performance
Collaboratively lead stakeholders to define processes, identify friction points, gaps, and develop process improving solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction
Analyze data on relevant project information, and develop conclusions, and identify Corrective, Preventative and Improvement Action Plans
Drive insights to why processes are inefficient and develop recommendations and actions to improve processes
12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with a Master’s, or 5+ years with a PhD, or equivalent experience in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Process Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent Communications in writing, verbally, interpersonally and in presentations – with success in simplifying complex concepts into concise PowerPoint for executive reviews or briefs
Record of delivering innovative process solutions, including Process Improvement Techniques and Methodologies (Lean, 6Sigma, DMAIC)
Success in effective, data-driven business decision-making and persuading others to buy in
Successful experience thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused group; with Global Organizational success being proactive and openly collaborating and navigating cross functionally and in teams; and Building strong relationships throughout the organization based on trust
Enterprise Deployment or EMC Deployment knowledge
Project Management Methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean, Waterfall, etc)
Aris, Celonis (including process mining & automation)
Prefer Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Process Engineering
