Quality Senior Principle Engineer – Field Quality Management – I9

Requirements

  • Strategically and with high velocity assess critical customer escalations while assembling the appropriate team of SMEs to expeditiously develop and enable deployment of both immediate and sustaining remediation to situation in customer environment.

  • Identify and drive strategic programs focused at continuously improving the FQM, CQM, and overall customer engagement & remediation processes.

  • Mentor team of FQM & CQM Quality Engineers to develop capabilities and continuously improve individual and team efficiencies.

  • Strong command skills including face to face engagement with Dell EMC executives and customer C-level.

Preferences

  • BA/BS Degree in Engineering field (electrical, mechanical, systems, computer) with 12+ years or related experience or MS degree with 8+ yrs of related experience.

  • Strong familiarity with Dell EMC Enterprise Products.

  • Successful in developing and cultivating strong teams.

  • Strong desire for enhancing the experience of Dell EMC’s customers.

  • Working knowledge of quality methodologies, including 6-σ, lean, 8-disciplines, etc
