We are looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to join our team in Round Rock and play a key role in the evolution of Dell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform all Level 3 SFDC Production issue troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Ensure the efficiency of the issue resolution.

  • Monitor jobs run in Production and ensure the SFDC Ecosystem availability above 95% at all times

  • Creates and maintains documentation for all activities pertaining to System administration.

  • Provides expertise and input in helping the team make right decisions on implementations business requests.

  • Perform code or configuration fixes on the Production issue which does not require any design change.

  • Regular reporting to the manager as stipulated in the process. Essential Requirements - BSc Degree in IT or related field. Basic software/database development skills (e.g. Apex Programming, JAVA, Javascript, XML, HTML ,PL/SQL).- Great attention to detail and worked in a process driven organization before.- Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot system errors.- General understanding of how technology supports the business. 3-5 years of experience in handling support queues, Level 3 support and has users/customer facing roles.-1-2 years of experience in implementing/supporting CRM solutions (Salesforce.com, Siebel)- Strong understanding of ETL concept, design and approaches.- Experience in Informatica code issues, performance Issues, best practices, advance mapping techniques, advance workflow techniques, workflow scheduler, workflow recovery, error handling, performance tuning, repository reporting, memory allocation and pipeline partitioning Desirable Requirements •Proficiency in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL queries and stored processes•Exposure to data quality standards, checking and procedures•Experience with Oracle database•Certified in SFDC Credentials Benefits Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
