We are looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to join our team in Round Rock and play a key role in the evolution of Dell.
Perform all Level 3 SFDC Production issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Ensure the efficiency of the issue resolution.
Monitor jobs run in Production and ensure the SFDC Ecosystem availability above 95% at all times
Creates and maintains documentation for all activities pertaining to System administration.
Provides expertise and input in helping the team make right decisions on implementations business requests.
Perform code or configuration fixes on the Production issue which does not require any design change.
