Job Description

  • Lead projects that deliver the infrastructure, tools and business processes that support the Dell Facilities organization's operational and strategic objectives.

  • Manage project teams comprised of Dell Facilities functional representatives and external development partners.

  • Manage projects in compliance to Project Lifecycle and Management Process.

  • Partner with Project Sponsors and Organizational Project Managers in the development and execution of project plans.

  • Formulate project teams and ensure cross-team alignment via appropriate planning, status and review meetings.

  • Provide updates to management to ensure awareness, alignment and support.

Job Requirements

  • 5-10 years program management experience leading technical projects focused in the delivery of business infrastructure, tools and processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to work across functional organization, driving teams in the creation of project strategies and plans.

  • Critical thinker who can lead work with PMO leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders to develop solutions and project plans that deliver against objectives.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
