What you’ll achieve
The Digital Center of Excellence (COE) in Global Marketing is a rapidly growing and newly formed team in Dell Technologies Marketing. We are focused on accelerating the evolution in Web and Marketing Web Technologies, taking friction out of the Contact experience, evolving our Digital Marketing & Advertising to a privacy-by-design future, and incubating new Digital-first ideas and capabilities. As a Strategic Program Leader, you’ll lead our most strategic cross-functional initiatives – starting with the Digital workstream for Project APEX. You’ll help build the COE team and culture, our relationships across Dell, and generate visible value in the organization.
Lead high priority cross-organizational programs starting with the Digital workstream for Project APEX
Collaboratively define objectives and KPIs and demonstrate visible impact throughout delivery
Facilitate annual and quarterly planning, define program structure & management system, be an example to the organization for how we lead large scale complex programs

You have a deep understanding of the current go-to-market motions for Dell and can be a leader cross-functionally through the implementation of marketing modernization initiatives
You are passionate about building and being part of great teams; and about Digital and the value of embracing a Customer-centered Digital-first agenda
You have a track record of success in multiple roles in the same company (and potentially across a few companies)
You know how sales and marketing work in High Technology – across Consumer, Enterprise, and Channel
Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related degree area
PMP Certified or other relevant program management credential
