Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

PM Coordination for highly complex, high-value solution-oriented projects from Planning --> Delivery --> Execution --> Install. Responsible for maximizing coordination of resources for greater execution across the entire order journey. Responsible for developing and driving an integrated programmatic effort aligning cross-functional teams to an integrated T-minus schedule in support of the customer requirements and deliverables.

Drives the right customer level actions at the right time to mitigate risk and improve performance. Leverages industry standard PMP tools, formats and governance structure to ensure repeatable and defined execution plans. Based on the determined T- schedule, defines & executes triggers to responsible parties, defines dependencies, actions & sequences, upstream and downstream impacts to ensure that we meet the customers due dates. Leverages existing cross-functional teams PM input to establish a single, integrated plan and integrated governance model (virtual team structure) with a single focus on delivering Customer Success.

  • Manages projects, or specific activities related to projects within given constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and quality through the duration of the project.

  • Viewed as a Subject Matter Expert by conducting rigorous and detailed governance plans, along with leveraging lessons learned, to ensure ongoing project improvement and improved execution.

  • Utilizes relevant project management tools, systems, and applications

  • Defines supporting and/or driving process improvements. Customer projects could be domestic or global but will always be highly complex from E2E.

  • Focus will be on strategic engagements whereby we have a full solution that we are supporting and need to ensure integrated success for a highly strategic/highly profitable engagement.

  • Regularly interacts with senior leadership on project status and responsible for effective, regular stakeholder communications across the project.

  • Develops and implements new techniques and methodologies for data analysis, accuracy, efficiency and reporting. Maintains in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience of Program/ Project Management experience within the technology space and/or a combination of education and work experience.

  • Global Business, Sales, and Customer facing experience required

  • PMP Certification Required

  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA would be a plus
