What you will achieve:

As the Senior Director for Services CoCPortfolio Performance Management, you will be responsible for providing direction for the operational activities of Deploy Services within the PPM Team, setting and communicating strategic direction, and developing and establishing operational policies, processes and programs for assigned area.

You will:

  • Drives Portfolio Performance through internal levers

  • Monitors offer performance to goal and reviews progress of plan

  • Provides work direction and strategic direction to teams and direct staff, including employees at the director level

  • Works closely with higher levels of management and across functions to develop effective strategies and programs to meet functional and cross-functional goals

  • Uses detailed competitive market and industry knowledge to determine strategy

  • Takes accountability for financial and market performance against objectives and makes necessary improvements.

Essential Requirements

  • Typically, 15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience

  • Requires 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience)

Desirable Requirements

  • MBA
