Dell Senior Manager, Business Operations in Round Rock, Texas

What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Manager, Business Operations, you will be responsible for managing the NA Business Intelligence team , delivering critical insights around account intelligence and the health of our customer base. You will work with our stakeholders across several organizations, including Field Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales/Sales Ops, and the COCs.

You will:

  • Manage reporting, analytics and key insights around the NA account universe

  • Own and evolve key business metrics around buyer base, RAD, revenue concentration, etc.

  • Provide inputs into business reviews, planning cycles, and goal-setting processes

  • Manage key 3rd party data sources around competitive and market intelligence, including the vendor relationship, as well as utilization of the provided data

Essential Requirements

  • Extensive experience with SQL / Greenplum

  • Familiarity with the B2B marketing and sales cycles

  • 5-10 years experience in a business analytics role, or 2-3 years experience as a people manager in an operational or analytical role

  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI) and methodologies

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience managing offshore resources

  • Familiarity with market and competitive intelligence data sources / vendors

  • Experience in B2B marketing or sales roles
