Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Feasibility Engineer you'll work directly with customers and sales teams to understand their customization needs and scope the effort required to deliver the solution. Every day will be a new challenge as you work with customers from multiple vertical achieve their goals. We are looking for 2 candidates, one that will have a more systems engineer focus and background and a second engineer with a more mechanical focus and background.

  • Effectively communicate with customer and sales teams on potential custom solutions to solve problems for our customers

  • Be able to work across the Dell EMC portfolio of products - every day will bring a new opportunity to learn

  • You'll be responsible for the engineering work required to effectively scope out a customer request to the point of understanding whether we can deliver the ask and if so, the estimated time, cost, and resources required to deliver

  • In this role you'll be expected to effectively manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Creative problem solving skills - no customer request will be the same

Essential Requirements

  • A BS in ME (for mechanical focused role) or EE/CS/CE (for the EE systems engineer focused role) with 5-7 years of relevant work experience

  • Ability to work within CAD and schematic capture tools

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to tailor your message across people with varying degrees of technical knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of system architecture and system level integration

  • Ability to work with Dell development teams across the different lines of business and with suppliers to develop custom solutions.
