Dell Technologies is searching for a Sr Product Manager to address the emerging market for 5G-related services. 5G is one of the most important technologies that will influence the coming decade. It will enable essential advances across many industries and verticals, from smart cities and IoT to connected health care. Dell Technologies intends to be at the forefront of 5G assisting Communications Service Providers (CSPs) to build out revolutionary 5G services and empowering enterprise customers to leverage this technology for their businesses.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Product Manager, you will identify new growth areas, technologies and emerging opportunities for 5G services. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products and build next generation solutions, partnering closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build a roadmap and align product strategies for the business.
Create the strategy, direction, roadmap and vision for Dell’s Telecom Services offering
Drive new service launches and schedules from business concept stage to successful launch
Manage and support services through their entire life cycle and implement enhancements
Apply broad knowledge of company’s capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities
Work across all functional areas, gather inputs, own services plans and roadmaps, and communicate the impact of decisions to all stakeholders
Enable sales and SEs to sell the benefits of Dell’s Telecom services

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
15+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree
12+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or relevant role in the telecom industry
Proven ability to build winning roadmaps within a Telecom Equipment Manufacturer, a Telecom Service Provider or within a technology company serving the Telecoms market
Ability to articulate and support service offerings while working with customers and account teams to gather input and capture features
Excellent communication skills and ability to make complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive. Demonstrated aptitude to influence/sell ideas and present alternatives in a convincing fashion to a mixed audience, from peers to executives
Team player committed to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly fluid environment
Experience with 5G or other mobile technologies with a focus on defining and bringing services to market
Understanding of the needs of Telecom Operators involved in various stages of implementing the evolution of their core, access, and radio networks as well as server, storage, and networking building blocks needed to deliver virtualized solutions
Successful experience in creating packaged and as-a-Service offers (aaS) around cloud operating models
