Dell Senior Transformation Practice Manager in Round Rock, Texas

What you’ll achieve

As the Senior Transformation Practice Manager within Global Field & Partner Marketing - Business Transformation Office ( GF&PM BTO) you are responsible for program managing and providing leadership to critical marketing transformations. You will work with executive and management stakeholders across the CMO organization, including Product Marketing, Field & Partner teams, Marketing Strategy & Operations, Corporate Affairs, and Brand & Creative teams – as well as across the enterprise and with external agencies/consulting teams as applicable – to deliver our critical transformations. Additionally, you will build in house expertise on an assigned marketing area and help our marketing teams stay ahead of the curve by bringing valuable insights to shape our strategic goals.

You will:

  • Partner with other transformation program managers to ensure consistency and interconnectivity across workstreams, including tracking via dashboards and other program management tools

  • Document, track, and mitigate any risks, dependencies, concerns, and issues to resolution to ensure delivery of rapid, sustainable change within program guardrails

  • Identify and surface strategic issues and opportunities in a clear and structured way

  • Benchmark across one or multiple industries/areas to identify best practices to develop in-house expertise on assigned transformation practice area and further advance program goals

  • Partner with business leaders through the transformation journey and support operationalization of critical changes into run the business motion

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ Years Experience with demonstrated results in defining, planning, and implementing Business/Process Transformation and/or Modernization that have delivered measurable results

  • Direct team management and/or large scale cross functional team leadership with demonstrated results is also required.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated effectiveness at working level and senior leadership levels

  • Strong influencing skills and executive presence

Desirable Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree in Business or Marketing (MBA preferred)

  • Strategy and Consulting background preferred

  • Functional marketing expertise on client and/or agency side (both B2C and B2B)
