What you’ll achieve

As a Software Engineer 2 , responsibilities will include coordinating Load testing, System Monitoring, Tuning recommendations, functional team activities, daily stand ups, managing requirements and providing technical and process guidance. You will work with Dell Digital IT on Performance testing and engineering services ( PerfDevOps ) .

You will:

  • Part ofPerfDevOps-Performance Engineering servicesunderTransformation and ServicesOrganization(TTS).

  • Ensuring Quality, stability, scalability and sustainability of all solutions that allows our customers to deliver on Dell's current and transformational initiatives.

Essential Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of performance testing or engineering / development experience.

  • Good understanding of SDLC and testing processes/practices.

  • Exposure/ experience on performance testing tools (particularlyNeoLoad) and APM tools (preferably Dynatrace).

  • Should spearhead analysis, monitoring and suggest recommendations to the stakeholders for Performance Improvements.

  • Strong communication skills with experience in handling E2E Performance Testing Lifecycle and dealing with stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

  • Java and.Netplatform experience, essential to recommend performance tuning aspects.

  • Database experience, essential to recommend SQL tuning techniques.
