The Server Solutions Group Center or Competency (CoC) is accelerating our end-to-end server transformation to extend our PowerEdge leadership position in the core server market through technology innovation - like the launch of our new 14th-generation PowerEdge server line up and a hypercompetitive business model. Our long-term success in servers will come from out-innovating the competition, adding value for customers where it really matters, and growing profitably in a consolidating market. The Server Solutions Group CoC will help drive this success by leading strategic planning, pricing and demand planning, and product line management.
Dell EMC is looking for an ISG CoC Enablement Program Management Advisor/Sr Advisor to design & execute global enablement programs for Sales teams & the CoC organization.
In the role, you will work with leaders globally across the CoC & Sales teams to understand current business priorities & build enablement programs to align with those priorities. This role is part of an organization supporting enablement programs for over 3,500 Dell EMC team members around the world.
Critical skills include strong project management capability, cross-functional skills, strategic agility, intellectual horsepower, and strong execution skills.
Work globally with Sales & CoC leaders to define enablement requirements
Build out project timeline & events schedule
Work cross-functionally to manage programs with subject matter experts to build course content
Build out vendor funding requirements & requests for key sponsors
Plan event logistics for multiple enablement events globally and travel to sites to manage on-site activities including registration, schedule, communications, etc.
Understand and accommodate local nuances and cultural differences that may impact regional activities.
Good understanding of sales/marketing/event planning and how to tie those to company and business goals
Strong project, program management, and execution skills
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership
Ability to travel internationally at least 25%
Ability to lead large project teams
Ability to communicate clearly and present at the senior leadership levels
Solution design ability
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced communication, problem solving and presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Possesses advanced product/technology/industry knowledge
Ability to influence others to achieve results
Requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelors degree; or 6+ years with a Masters degree; or equivalent experience
MBA Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related discipline preferred
Project/Program Management experience in a technology environment
Server experience preferred
