What you will achieve

This senior-level Product Management role is part of the Services Technology team. The core aspect of this role will be to support the development of Services enablement technologies geared towards our Cloud-based offers and help grow our understanding of the competitive technology landscape and market trends. Being able to communicate interline comparisons of those competitive capabilities with Dell Technologies own capabilities will help grow this thriving business! Our role also involves acting as subject matter expert for internal and external product events or partner meetings.

You Will

  • Collaborate with our internal stakeholders (Services’ Offer,Pro Tech Support,Client Product Group,andMarketing) and external customers to identify relevant and differentiated Services-related technology capabilities for our Cloudsolutionsand work tocontinuously improve customer engagement and simplify the customer journey

  • Define Product requirements and Go-to-Market Strategies

  • Generateepics and user stories for execution by the engineering teams, and collaboratewith the engineering teams to ensure that the execution is in alignment with the desired technology outcomes

  • Work across multiple senior leadership teams demonstrating experience in influencing, negotiating, and collaboration skills

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements

  • 12+ years of related experience in a professional role with aBachelor’sdegree; or 8+ years with aMaster’sdegree; or 5+ years with a Ph.D.; or equivalent experience

  • Ability tolead and diveintotechnology trends, architectural questions, stack control points, rand manage thedevelopment lifecycle

  • Knowledge of solutions, tools & technology in the provisioning, cost management, security & compliance, monitoring and incident/service management

  • Articulate a product’s vision and persuade teams across the company totake actionand support

  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior experience working in hybrid cloud management platform, hybrid cloud managed services or cloud security

  • Experience defining Cloud service offers and/or service catalogs for IaaS, PaaS or SaaS

  • Prior experience with Amazon AWS, VMWare, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform related services

  • Advancedtechnology/engineeringskills relating to design, test, and quality

  • Knowledge of the Kanban agile methodology
