This role will assist in the design and implementation of Global Compensation Programs for multiple Business Units as lead by the Global Comp Business partner as well as provide support for Compensation projects and initiatives in the US as part of the US Field Compensation team. Assists in the design and implementation of BU comp programs as lead by the Global Compensation Business Partner for multiple Business Units.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and deploy country specific programs in the US such as Local Comp policies, US Market Pricing, FSLA status reviews as lead by the US Field Comp Director.

Performs Compensation analysis as directed by the Global Compensation Business Partner.

Audits jobs for content and prepares job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties and requirements. Formulates recommendations regarding FLSA exemptions.

Conducts annual Market Pricing in the US for the relevant jobs in the assigned business Units.

Consult TA and HRBPs on proposed salary offers for conformance to established guidelines, policies and practices.

Works with the Global Compensation Business partner on corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.

Reviews requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate salary grade assignment.

Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action.

Acts as liaison between US talent acquisition and US Compensation team, solving FAQs and delivering Compensation training to Talent acquisition reps.

Partners with University Relations to update Compensation guidelines for UR programs.

Essential Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience

Strong statistical analysis skills

Strong understanding of job design and content

Demonstrated compensation background

Knowledge of Excel and HR systems (Workday)."LIPRIORITY"
