US Consumer Dell.com Site Monetization Advisor

Become a key leader in the US Consumer Online group at Dell.com.  As one of the top eCommerce sites in the world, hundreds of millions in sales are transacted annually in our Dell.com Online Store.  Our mission is to provide the best customer experience for those who choose to build their system or purchase Dell products online. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and autonomous individual to manage the strategic vision and growth of our site monetization business. This individual will informally lead a team of three team members and will be responsible for a variety of additional winning culture, budgeting and funding activities.

Ideal candidate will have a track record of proven business results in marketing and online functions (online advertising, paid search, affiliates, online merchandising, email and print marketing, content strategy, navigation, web analytics). Program/project management skills are critical. Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business markets, as well as a successful track record in a matrixed environment are preferred. We are looking for a strong team player with a positive, energetic and "can-do" attitude.

Key R esponsibilities

  • Direct a team ofproducers to drive partner marketing development funds growth and optimize effectiveness of spend according to unique program KPIs (ROAS, RPV, Conversion, CTR, etc.).

  • Innovate and manage the marketing activities roadmap for our consumer electronics partners to stay relevant with the changing digital marketing landscape and offer great value to strategic partner brands, with an eye for thoughtful messaging and content curation.

  • Drive the acquisition of new advertisers and foster relationship growth with established strategic partners.

  • Manage the P&L for the online site monetization team including weekly business readouts for executive review and updates.

  • Partner with in-house design team, product managers, and marketing vehicle leads totodevelop assets for marketing campaigns in support of promotional campaigns, product launches, etc.

  • Lead and steer global online teams towards successful monetization strategies, sharing learnings, best practices and challenges in local market.

  • Partner & Cross functional Management : Partner marketing - funding & coordination,SPIF Prioritization & Partner Mgmt.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience ineCommerce and/orMarketingwith a track record of measurable results preferably in the consumer electronics or IT industry

  • Site Monetization growth and leadership experience

  • Appetite for driving innovation and change

  • Strongorganizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtualorganization

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demandingenvironment

  • Ability to manage through ambiguity to driveresults

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Effective executive communication

Minimum Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

  • MBA degree in Marketing or Business preferred. Balanced Experience in RTB marketing functions

  • Solid understanding of Dell’s Corporate and Local BUs cultures highly preferred.
