Actively contribute to the services development of Solution Providers (resellers, distributors and others as defined)

Drives a strategic vision plans for services delivery that aligns to investment areas.

Align with Sales for joint planning and market opportunity identification.

Align actions with the channel sales PAM/NAM, PSE and services sales SSE covering his/her partners and assigned territory.

Be a trusted advisor to the Partner and account team.

Builds with the Partner resource and training plan for services delivery enablement that aligns to investment areas.

Review and define Partner and Dell services portfolio and competencies to increase overall profitability through services enablement.

Continuously reviews QoQ services delivery plan with Sales and Partner specific to ongoing competency investment and resell of Dell branded services.

Help drive joint services portfolio and services bookings alignment with SSE and Partners.

Educate and review Partner’s status QoQ against defined and required delivery performance metrics, provides get well plan as necessary.

Point of services escalation and channel conflict mitigation.

Identify offers that complement partner's service offers & gaps.

Drive overall footprint and profitability within Partners (products and services) with Sales.

Enriches the Partner experience and provides strategic leadership or vision to the organization.

Individual Contributor, senior level candidate as role may evolve into a manager position
