Key responsibilities

Successful individual will take the role of Plugins development engineer and will contribute into planning, design and implementation of one of plugins development for VMWare, OpenStack/Сinder, Kubernetes/OpenShift (CSI), PowerShell, VEEAM Orchestrators.

Essential requirements

  • BS or MS in technical field required (engineering, computer science, etc.).

  • Proven experience with Python/Java/C#/Go.

  • 3 years of technical leadership/architecture roles.

  • Knowledge of design standards, methodologies and tools such as SOA, Web Services, REST Services

  • Ability to work and effectively in an agile development environment

  • Experience at least with one of major hypervisor providers VMware, VEEAM, OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, etc.

Desirable requirements

  • Development of plugins for vCenter that provide centralized automation, visibility, and proactive management from the usual VMware web client console – Big Plus.

  • Development of plugin for VEEAM.

  • Development of plugins for OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes.

  • Working experience with the following tools is a big plus: JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Jenkins is a big plus

  • Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD)/continuous delivery methodologies.
