You have a passion for finance and an eye for detail. You are comfortable participating in strategic conversations about the financials and our business strategy, as well as getting into the weeds creating new analytics to support and inform decision making. You have experience managing teams, building a positive environment to support your team’s growth. You’re collaborative, with a deep understanding of finance, and capable of helping the company translate business decisions into financial projections to help scale and grow our evolving business.

Responsibility for the worldwide forecast and close processes monthly, including, revenue, expenses, headcount and cash including analytics to support outcomes around these processes
Lead balance sheet forecasts & analysis. Manage cash flow projections
Partner with the functional finance teams to analyze risks / opportunities in the financial outlook
Analyze revenue, margin, expense and headcount trends for results and forward projections
Forward scenario & sensitivity analysis
Responsibility for monthly financial reporting for the CFO and executives
Assist in the preparation of board materials
Look for opportunities to improve processes and challenge the status quo
Managing a team
Required Skills / Experiences
7+ years finance experience
Experience leading small teams
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting preferred
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools
Ability to manage a complex set of objectives and team goals in a fast paced environment
Experience leading a corporate FP&A team preferred with a strong knowledge base of corporate finance concepts
Experience at a leading technology company and/or in an investment banking/consulting environment
Desired Skills / Experiences
Experience with Workday, SAP, or similar accounting software is desirable
Ability to liaise with multiple organizations and departments (both internal & external)
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to push through challenges to deliver results in partnerships with team members
Problem solving skills
