Your Day

You’ll support our sales strategy by developing a deep and wide understanding of our discounting trends and using this to help shape an effective pricing approach. We operate in a highly competitive environment and you’ll build knowledge of competitors, partners, and adjacent products. You’ll monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment, coordinating across teams and organizations to optimize the customer experience.

Required Skills / Experiences

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  • Excellent attention to detail and operational rigor.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, as well as regular daily requirements, and prioritize them every day.

  • Ability to learn quickly—especially how to use specific types of software—and optimize workflows, both for yourself and for colleagues whose work you’ll support.

  • Knowledge of how to succinctly organize information and communicate in a consumable format

Desired Skills / Experiences

  • Familiarity with spreadsheets, Salesforce.com, Google docs

  • Experience with pricing operations and implementation

  • Proven track record in Software Order Management and Fulfillment
