Your Day

Reporting to the Director of Program Management, you help your business partners to formulate the strategic roadmap required for the short, intermediate and long term needs of their businesses, with a view of the systems landscape and a perspective of how your work integrates with efforts across the company. You support facilitating progress on each program/project in partnership with our Finance business teams. You proactively think through issues and work independently with minimal guidance across multiple projects at the same time. You communicate program/project scope, status, readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to management, including senior management and executives. You monitor business conditions and internal processes, and highlight improvement opportunities. You mentor individuals and provide feedback and work with them on their career development opportunities.

Required Skills / Experiences

  • 10+ years of broad exposure in finance or other support processes and strong program/project management skills

  • Deep understanding of quote of cash, record to report, accounting forecasting processes, and customer maintenance/mapping management

  • Broad perspective and knowledge base of industry solutions for financial and accounting processes

  • Expertise with building long-term strategic roadmaps and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders with focused KPIs

  • Proven experience developing and driving creative, scalable solutions to problems, complex and mundane

  • Ability to break down large problems into actionable steps and understand dependencies across workstreams

  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making

  • Adaptability to change, including learning new systems and processes

  • Experience working as a member of a distributed team. Ability to organize and coordinate with teams across multiple functions and geographic locations

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor your communication style for the audience

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Strong interest in coaching others
