This position of Linux Desktop Experience Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation and debugging of modules created for Dell Wyse Linux.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and enhancements of Wyse Thin Linux Desktop.

  • Developing clients for cloud services like AWS, Azure and GCP.

  • Communication with other team members, product management and other groups.

  • Self-motivated and take full responsibility for deliverable(s).

  • Working with QA team and field engineers to resolve Linux issues during testing and certification.

Essential Requirements

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • 5 or more years of experience in Linux software development.

  • In-depth understanding of software interactions and system management.

  • Proficiency in C/C++/JavaScript/Python is a desirable.
