Excellent presentation and communication skills
Ability to influence LOB business leaders
Lead multiple high visibility programs moderately complex in nature (technology, organizationally)
Lead/develop department level or moderately complex process initiatives or business strategy
Demonstrate ability to grow cross- functional team members by identifying develop opportunities
- 10+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
HW and SW Lifecycle management knowledge
Waterfall and Agile development methodology knowledge
Microsoft office tools
PMP Certification preferred
