The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, implement new features and fix bugs in Data Domain file system

  • Troubleshoot and solve complex customer problems

  • Develop and review unit test procedures and work closely with QA to develop functional/system/integration test plans.

Essential Requirements

  • Software development experience utilizing contemporary software engineering principles.

  • Strong C and or C++ programming skills under Linux/Unix.

  • Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

  • Good problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnostic skills

  • BS with 2+ years relevant experience OR MS OR equivalent experience

Desirable Requirements

  • Familiarity with file system internals
