Dell Director - Enablement in Seattle, Washington

What You’ll Achieve

We’re looking for an experienced product marketing leader to lead and inspire a team supporting a fast-growing multimillion-dollar business for Dell Technologies. This team will drive sales enablement of cloud solutions, ensuring key sales teams are armed with the knowledge, assets, tools and confidence to build a robust cloud opportunity pipeline. The successful candidate will heavily empathize with sellers and deftly align multiple stakeholders to ensure sellers are set up for success in selling cloud.

You will:

  • Drive strategy to enable Dell Technologies’ sellers to both increase the cloud opportunity pipeline and close cloud sales

  • Provide leadership, vision and operational direction for team members

  • Lead and inspire a team of marketers to drive enablement for cloud solutions

  • Identify and leverage data to determine impact of sales enablement program, utilizing metrics to inform enablement strategies, training and tactics

  • Possess strong communication skills to develop relationships across customers, sellers and executive-level decision makers.

  • Bring an audience-first mindset to refine relevant training and enablement content for sellers

Essential Requirements

  • 15+ years in marketing, product marketing, product management or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus (not required).

  • 8 years of enablement experience in a technology company; Experience leading product marketing teams is a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and across all levels of leadership and executive leadership

  • Experience in developing marketing programs and campaigns

  • Experience in leading a distributed organization in a large global company

  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence across multiple functions and teams within the company
