Showcasing excellence and innovation at every stage, Product Management is responsible for the cross-functional management of products or solutions through their entire lifecycle. Using a wealth of technical and industry experience, we work across functional areas to implement our products or solutions. We undertake thorough analysis of the markets to ensure we maximize profitability and adjust our product strategies to respond to competition. Our role also involves acting as subject matter experts for internal and external product events or partner meetings.
Identify key industry trends and map those into roadmaps and product deliverable
Develop strategy and vision into specific roadmap deliverables
Work closely with engineering, CTO and Sales to define a compelling roadmap and storyline
Work with a sense of urgency to move quickly, but ensure thought out direction and supporting data
Manage multiple work streams
Work effectively with external partners and internal organizations
Develop and deliver effective executive level presentations
Bachelors or higher with a technical discipline. MBA preferred
Leadership skills including strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, negotiation, and ability to influence others
Strong industry knowledge and experience in storage
Ability to work effectively with senior management as well as across disciplines
Proven track record to building compelling roadmaps
8+ years working in Planning Product Management
Deep technical and business understanding of the Storage market and pervasive trends
