The Software Engineering team delivers next-generation software application enhancements and new products for a changing world. Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics — all with the most advanced technologies, tools, software engineering methodologies and the collaboration of internal and external partners.
Orchestration, Deployment and Maintenance of critical infrastructure and services
Creates high level design specs, unit test plans and integration test plans.
Ability to generate technical requirements from business needs
Accountable for delivery of subsystem, anticipate issues and addresses proactively.
7+ years of experience in software development
Strong programming skills in Python and Perl.
Proven DevOps culture
Automated deployment via configured management
Extensive experience implementing Micro-services and RESTful APIs.
Experience with container and container orchestration technologies
Strong Unix system administration knowledge.
Sense of customer service, proactive
Ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstration of operational excellence in a demanding environment
Familiar with Distributed Systems concepts and design.
Previous work in CI / CD Build and Deployment Pipeline
Previous experience with virtualization and cloud
Previous open source experience
