What you’ll achieve
As an Account Executive, you will develop new accounts or expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory or product line, building strong customer relationships while ensuring a great customer experience for all. Being a steward of the assigned customer account plan, this Account Executive is going to carry out an orchestrating role working closely with various stakeholders, including the Inside Sales Account Managers and Account Systems Engineers. This Account Executive will drive the innovation and transformation for the customers in the Finance field, particularly Fintech industry.
Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements
Gain share of wallet or spend across Dell Technologies’ portfolio of technology solutions; storage, server, networking, cloud, software, security and managed services
Manage territory or accounts, including account planning and sales forecasting and engaging cross-functional resources and working with the teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
Customarily and regularly engage with client’s decision makers in performing primary duties
Provide sales leadership and experience on large, complex sales opportunities

Min. 14+ years of related experience in a relationship selling and technology solutions selling role
Proven track record of customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell Technologies
Ability to leverage other teams, such as the internal sales force, pre-sales, services consultants, product managers and finance
Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and presentation skills and ability to provide insight to senior management
Highly developed planning and organization skills and ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
