Assigned to a particular territory or a specific partner, our teams are dedicated to driving sales of Dell products, systems, and services. The focus is on getting the very best from a host of indirect sales channels. From value-added resellers to distributors and retailers, it’s about finding what works and constantly exploring ways to make it work even better. These relationships can change everything.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Top Strategic Partner Relationships & revenue growth across Korea

  • Building a strong solution sales portfolio through ISV Sales team on SAP | Azure | Big Data Technologies in verticals like FSI, Telco, Mfg etc.

  • Develop and Drive new solution capabilities with key partners and adopt new routes to market e.g. Cloud, IOT solutions, Cybersecurity, Application Transformation with Pivotal among others

  • Building Strategy and field leverage of CSP (Cloud Service Providers) | MSP (Managed Service Providers) through Channel ecosystem and program for Hybrid Cloud opportunities in Korea market.

  • Manages existing channel partners Works with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities

  • Provides channel partner feedback to the company to match market needs with company products

  • Develops, motivates, and coordinates Dell sales team and Channel sales team to optimize sales execution

  • Interfaces with the channel to ensure that service level agreements are met

Essential Requirements

  • 812 years sales experience in the IT industry or vertical market

  • Interfaces directly with customers to ensure satisfaction with our solutions

  • Full understanding of how our business model relates to selling our products and services

  • Able to negotiate with others to achieve desired results/meet customer needs

  • Negotiating skills and ability to influence.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to learn and understand product solutions and features.

  • Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes

Desirable Requirements

  • 56 years experiences in Channels & Alliances / Partner Development or Partner Management experience, ideally working with ISVs

  • 2-3 years in a technical role as a strong advantage

  • Self-Starter, track record of achievement of quota.

  • Strong organization, planning, execution and management skills

  • Lead an integrated account team with technical and support leads

  • Understanding of AWS, cloud architecture, infrastructure and its eco-system

  • Some exposure to senior leadership
