What you’ll achieve
Reporting to Korea / Japan Commercial Online Director, this position will take on responsibility for all aspects of the Korea Commercial Online environment including owning online revenue, margin performance, transaction metrics, merchandising and customer experience.
As a Korea Commercial Online Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for working with Online ERP/B2B team, IT Project Management Team, Commercial Sales, Finance, Commercial Marketing, and Partner Sales to test and launch new features on Online tool – primary focus on Commercial EC platforms: Premier, Global Portal, B2B/API, Premier Xpress.
Drive E2E Online solution to Dell Technologies and Dell Partners
Co-work with Sales leadership on sales transformation
Improve Segment sales productivity and margin positions thru Online tool adoption
Increase Dell transactions thru Online user expansion and LOB (Product offer) expansion
Define/Test/Launch new online platform enhancements working thru Online IT team

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years proven experience in commercial or consumer sales or marketing - ideally from consulting background with strong business and financial acumen.
Language: Business level written and verbal English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proven leadership qualities and strong motivational team building and spirit.
Results & execution oriented with Priority setting skill.
Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed, autonomous environment.
Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
Experience in Dell Business Model, Online Merchandizing and B2B applications is a plus
