What you’ll achieve
This individual plays a critical role as the liaison between the Partner management team, Marketing and Sales teams, other Business Units and other OEM partners in Korea. In this capacity, he/she will be the key operations support for the local sales and marketing teams for ISG and CSG, as it pertains to partner opportunities; partner requirements; program development and execution; and general business related to delivering against specific Partner Funding goals. In this case partner is referred to as OEM Partner for Dell Technologies namely Microsoft. He/She will be the operations support working with Partner Management Country Lead for this partner, managing funds from OEM partner and driving programs for ISG and CSG related opportunities across Korea. Also, responsible for maintaining on-going relationships with strategic partners and internal stakeholders (including VF Finance, C&C). Assist Partner Management Country lead to build partner management plans in cooperation with segment marketing and sales teams.
Drives day to day engagement with Dell EMC Teams, marketing, sales, marketing ops on program execution
Track programs’ execution details as required (cost center info, proof of spend, Allocadia)
Provide guidance on partners priorities and funding programs’ T&C
Management of Microsoft tool
Owns the utilization of Microsoft funds ensuring compliance to rules and guidelines for funding
Provides regular updates of marketing pipeline and funds utilization
Works closely with sales on sales enablement program execution and Rebates application and pipeline status.
Works closely with alliance managers across region for Microsoft related programs, funds utilization, reports, accruals with finance, with compliance team for POEs
Maintain compliance at all times for program execution with the highest integrity
Have tools access and be ready to support BI/Analytics for relevant reports for the activities
Identifies opportunities for new programs and collaborates with the Microsoft counterparts to bring them from idea to implementation stage
Assist with implementation of partner projects
Interfaces directly with the Microsoft counterparts as needed
Owns Quarter close operations with finance

College BA or BS degree required
3+ years of IT industry experience
Alliance/partner community experience preferable
Must be available to travel when needed
English proficiency a must
Japanese proficiency an added bonus
Good communication, presentation skills and ability to collaborate well with both internal and external resources and customers
Knowledge of Dell products and services is a plus
Existing relationships with strategic partner MSFT will be given preference
Prior experience with sales/marketing preferred
