Defining competency needs and shaping training on everything from sales skills to job-specific tools and products, we work with other functions to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right people.

What you’ll achieve

Drive business transformation while focusing on the GTM strategies, technologies and policies required to modernize the buying experience, simplify the selling strategies, and turn insights into actions resulting in improved Sales Enablement & Productivity.

As a Sales Enablement Consultant, you will be responsible for

  • Program managing of Sales transformation and growth initiatives to ensure Sales leader engagement, communication and adoption of major program deliverables.

  • Leading development of new and innovative approaches that improve the quality and effectiveness of the sales force

  • Performing detailed analysis of current skills and abilities in order to prescribe and deliver personalized learning paths

  • Continually measuring effectiveness of training analysis, content and delivery, while designing and executing plans for improvement

You will work with [Sales Leadership, Dell Digital & Sales Tech Transformation, Business Engagement Network, Global Automation Council, other stakeholders] on [Sales Enablement/ Program, Business Readiness, Growth Initiatives].
