Workforce Solutions Principal
Help Dell Technologies customize solutions for customers with a role on our Solutions Principal team. On this team, you’ll guide the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers, provide technical support and direction to sales teams in the field and assure the compatibility of these solutions with customer systems and strategic business plans. You will be responsible for driving workforce transformation services including Client system deployment and consulting - the Dell Technologies services covering the PC life cycle services, Consulting and Deployment services as part of Workforce transformation products, with the Dell Technologies field account, presales and services sales teams.

What you’ll achieve
As a Workforce Solutions Principal, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to customers in the analysis, design and development of responsible services solutions.
Driving workforce transformation services including Client system deployment and consulting - the Dell Technologies services covering the PC life cycle services, Consulting and Deployment services as part of Workforce transformation products, with the Dell Technologies field account, presales and services sales teams.
Act as expert and consultant to develop and propose workforce solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned customers by making technical and sales presentations to customer and senior management by driving business and solution development with account managers, with primary focus on identifying, scoping, proposing and closing engagements.
Coordinate sales efforts with delivery management and practice management team, including ensuring all required commercial/solution reviews are completed to ensure SOW and BOE are carefully defined.
Participates in account relationship and issue management activities and conducting business development activities with broad application of principles and concepts. Build and maintain engagements on the most complex deals and / or on a selected list of focused accounts.
Define, develop and implement actions according to account plans on selected focused accounts with account teams. Adhere to sales process and methodologies on all opportunity pursuits. Defines solid, workable solutions and provides resolutions to diverse range of complex business problems.
Responsible for the booking forecast of services and solutions business in assigned accounts. Understand the power of credentials, and is able to leverage appropriate success stories that are relevant to a particular prospect and/or sales situation. Stay abreast of status/details for each campaign and independently provide reliable booking forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

8+ years of related experience - Presales/delivery on consulting and SI projects
Experienced in consulting business opportunity development
Possesses strong product/technology/industry knowledge of PC life cycle services, Consulting and Deployment services as part of Workforce transformation products and their value added to the customer
Solutioning skills to develop Client deployment and Workforce Transformation consulting services
Customer focused negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-phased environment as a team
Ability to drive results with r elevant professional experience in consulting or architecting on above topics
