Adaptor Global Supply Management Advisor

Our Global Supply Management team within Materials and Procurement takes charge of global supply planning for specific platforms and commodity areas. Focused on business goals and objectives, we take the lead in supplier selection, product delivery specifications and quality. We succeed through our ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with global internal and external supply chain partners.

What you’ll achieve

As a Global Supply Management advisor, you will be responsible for global supply planning for their specific platform/commodity area. Ensures sourcing efforts meet business goals and objectives. Engages activities related to global sourcing, supplier selection, product delivery specifications, and quality. Develops and maintains working relationships with global internal/external supply chain partners.

You will:

  • Develops worldwide materials strategies to ensure Continuty-of-Supply

  • Develops, manages, and implements key projects to achieve strategic initiatives

  • Tracks worldwide supplier delivery performance

  • Develops supply COS (cost of supply) performance matrix, measures the performance against matrix, and identifies improvement opportunities

  • Responsible for high complexity commodity/platform and take the first step towards your dream career

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree

  • Fluent English skill, strong interpersonal and communication skill

  • Strong personal effectiveness to drive for result

  • Strategic thinking and structured problem solving skill

Desirable Requirements

  • Advanced supply change management skills with advanced ability to execute demand supply resolution issues; materials requirement planning analysis skills

  • Advanced capacity planning skills, supplier management skills, market research and trend analysis skills
