Dell Advisor, Sales Training in Shanghai, China

Responsibility

  • Conduct quarterly training needs analysis and create training calendar. Ensure trainings are aligned with business objectives and developmental needs of sales teams

  • Conducts training in classroom as well as thru conference calls

  • Provide on-going consultation on selling skills

  • Organization and deployment of the required trainings for the sales teams

  • Deployment and follow up of trainings programs

  • Interlock with stakeholders to define development needs and to provide training updates

  • Responsible for the delivery of sales training; new hire on boarding, selling skills for inside sales, account planning, acceleration trainings and entry level technical training

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree an IT/Technical discipline

  • Advanced knowledge of Adult Learning Theory and Curriculum Design methodology preferred

  • Advanced ability to analyze data and recommend courses design, methodology, and structure

  • Strong understanding of applicable technical and functional content areas and industry trends

  • Min 8 years of working experience preferably in a sales or sales training capacity

  • Enterprise level solution selling experience

  • Training/delivery skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
