Resource Deployment Manager
Delivering technology for a changing world calls for a flexible workforce. Our Resource Deployment Manager team within Professional Services coordinates, plans and schedules the requisite number of global professional services employees for client engagement projects within a defined geography or practice. Working with other Resource Managers to source and share additional resources, we collaborate in the development of processes and systems to track, identify, task and plan resources for project work.

Manages the activities of a group or department of individual contributors responsible for coordinating internal engineering resource, schedule with customer for onsite request and arrange logistic shipment for part replacement
Maintains management awareness of problems and situations. Timely engage responsible parties to support customer needs with urgency
Collaborate with regional service lead and align with operation strategy
Accountable for operational results in terms of group performance standards/metrics, customer satisfaction and budget/expenses.
Manages the coordination, implementation, administration and execution of global initiative program, coach team to compliant with strategic policies and directives for assigned areas. Requires complete fundamental knowledge and awareness of goals and objectives
Manages a team of direct reports. Conducts salary and performance reviews. Acts as a coach and mentor to employees within assigned span of control. Forecasts personnel requirements through maintaining effective communication with stakeholder organizations. communicates and enforces all customer service policies and procedures.
Participate in short- and long-term planning for assigned area. Identifies issues, provides input and makes recommendations regarding service delivery workflow, tools, projects, products, process, metrics, standards and customers.
Lead and responsible for continuous improvement initiative, participated in global project as APJ representative and drive local implementation
As a 24X7X365 organization, arrange shift work, holidays on duty staff and on-call responsibilities
5 years of relevant experience with at least 1 years in a management or leadership function
Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
Ability to multitask management and escalations of critical issues simultaneously
Capability to foster teamwork within a collaborative culture
Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to various levels of management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Possess excellent logic and data analysis capabilities
Solid customer service experience
Education Required: Bachelors
