Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) to learners in-person or virtually on topics such as problem solving, presentation skills, effective team work, and others based on latest learning needs

  • Collaborate with training coordinator team to understand training demand and create optimal training schedule

  • Effectively plan travel as needed in a logistical and cost-effective manner

  • Work closely with training coordination team, Academy PMs, and other Product & Operations Academy stakeholders to improve course effectiveness

  • Prepare curriculum including method, media and documentation to be presented and assess applicability / value of course materials

  • Monitor learner response to training, and conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

  • Conduct ad hoc seminars, workshops, individual training sessions based on broader organizational demand and schedule availability

Essential Requirements

  • 12+ years of related professional corporate training experience including 3+ years of consulting experience

  • Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills

  • Deep understanding and application of effective teaching methodologies and tools

  • Excellent curriculum design and delivery skills based on Adult Learning Theory

  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, technological skills, and attention to detail

  • BSc/BA (minimum) in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or relevant field

Desirable Requirements

  • Published articles / research on learning theory or corporate talent development

  • Understanding of latest training and development research, learning theory, motivation theory, instructional design, and other related areas

  • Certification (e.g. CPLP, ATD) is a plus

  • Experience supporting learning and development and/or training programs
