Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve
As a Briefing Coordinator for the Executive Briefing Program, you will be part of a world-class team that delivers the ultimate briefing experience to our Customers and Partners. You will be responsible for supporting customer and partner engagements, curate exceptional experience that leads to better relationships and successes. Serve as EBP and Dell Representative making the first impression to all visitors upon entry into the Executive Briefing Center. Provide concierge-style support to all guest as they arrive by welcoming them to the EBC with a professional presence and demeanor, exhibiting a best-in-class customer service.
Manage end to end arrangements of the Executive Briefing Engagement.
Serve as the main point of contact for Customers, Sales Teams, Partners, Executives and Discussion Leaders for any “day-of” needs or changes to Executive Briefings in progress.
Build and maintain relationships with Vendors and Stakeholders of the EBP. Maintain professional environment of EBC with the support of Facilities.
Handle all general administrative support at the front desk of the EBC.

Proficient with MS Office applications
Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) beneficial
1-2 years of Customer Service, Hospitality, Event Planning, Sales, Marketing or related field
Flexibility to occasionally work outside of normal business hours
