Provides analytical and business intelligence support to a business unit by proactively analyzes business data, interprets and provides assessments of trends, identifying and explaining variances from goals
Delivers ad-hoc report and analysis requests for business unit.
Interacts with business leaders to understand business strategy, conditions and problem areas and influences decision making based on information gained from deep dive analysis
Produces actionable & compelling recommendations by interpreting, exploring, identifying and communicating insights discovered from complex data-sets
Delivers results and presentations in a timely manner
Develop global dashboard and reports that would enable the leaders to digest the business result quickly and to take further actions
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Analytics or Mathematics with up to 10 years of experience.
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office
Strong business acumen and problem solving skills
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel, and meet constantly changing timelines and have a strong sense of urgency
Challenges himself and the team to constantly look for new approaches and look for creative idea for improvement
