Business Operations Manager (Senior Advisor)

The Client Peripherals business is continuing to grow within Dell and taking on increasing importance in providing a great customer experience on Dell products. The key responsibility is to support the Global Client Peripherals business growth across all regions with relevant and accurate data-driven insights to drive targeted business improvement actions. The Business Operations Manager will have ownership of Client Peripherals business KPIs and initiating necessary responses to business opportunities and challenges. This position requires an individual to display the ability to work independently or across teams to manage and objectively interpret business data. The Business Operations Manager will lead the organization to gain deep insights into the business and effectively communicate business implications to peers, internal customers and leadership team.

You will:

  • Manage business performance dashboard to provide business intelligence

  • Gather and analyze data, formulate and test hypotheses, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans and help drive and translate recommendations into results.

  • Lead creation, identification, and insights of KPIs to improve business performance and drive business actions.

  • Partner with Finance on Annual Operating Plan in alignment with the business strategic plans

  • Partner with Demand & Supply team on demand forecast & supply sufficiency

Essential Requirements

  • 5 – 8 years of related experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent Excel modelling skills, and business performance dashboard development skills

  • Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
