You'll Lead the talent acquisition function for Pivotal Software in the Asia, Pacific, and Japan (APJ) region of the world.
Develop innovative recruitment strategies for delivering top-quality talent and meeting hiring plans in a timely fashion.
Hire, coach, and lead a distributed team of sourcers and recruiters.
Act as a strategic partner to the business for all APJ hiring needs.
Responsible for hiring all leadership vacancies
Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet the demands and timelines of the business.
Manage escalations and eliminate roadblocks that hinder your team’s ability to successfully deliver.
Collaborate with cross functional teams outside of Recruiting such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, etc.
Leverage metrics and reports to make strategic data driven decisions.
Develop & lead the APJ diversity strategy as it relates to identifying, attracting, and hiring diverse talent into the organization.
Define, track and analyze talent acquisition metrics and develop practical tracking and reporting methods
Required Skills / Experiences
10+ years of recruiting and/or talent acquisition experience
3+ years of recruiting and/or talent acquisition management experience
Demonstrated success in sourcing passive talent and executive recruiting.
Strong leadership and relationship building skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work projects from implementation through conclusion.
Proven track record of developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies and outreach programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
