Independently review and negotiate customer contracts for all types of deals for complex IT services and solutions across Dell's businesses in South Asia and Taiwan;Work closely with senior counsel and contract managers in South Asia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand in negotiating and signing contracts as per Dell's contracting policies; Independently work with different stakeholders e.g. business segment, sales, delivery, finance, operations, tax, HR, risk management and drive the negotiations of contracts both internally and with third parties;Act as a team player with the other members of the Legal Team including working with legal counsels and contracts managers within the Legal Team for deals;
Contribute to the growth of the Legal Team by leading initiatives which include, knowledge management matters, contract administration, providing training on key risk issues, lessons learnt, providing updates on changes in the legal and contractual landscape and delivering client training sessions.
Bachelor's Law degree from a recognised university
6+ years PQE, ideally in a law firm and in-house role
Experience in reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on technology contracts
Strong contract negotiation, review and drafting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in telecommunication industry is highly preferred
Experience working for a multi-national organisation
A proven track record of communicating effectively at all levels to both legal and business professionals
Proactive problem solver and exceptional team player
