MBA Intern - Marketing (Global Displays)
Dell’s Global Displays team in the Singapore Design Center is seeking talented and motivated MBA students to undertake a 3-month internship (minimum) and perform high-impact and high-visibility strategic marketing projects that drive immediate business impact.
This internship will provide visibility into Dell’s Displays business while simultaneously allowing you to focus on a specific discipline that most closely aligns with your skills, interests, and career goals.
The role will allow the candidate to apply their marketing skills in a real-life environment and learn from some of the industry’s best marketing professionals. The nature of the work is global in scope, wide ranging and multi-dimensional.
Specific projects will be assigned to the candidate(s) and may have one or more elements as below:
Defining a clear market segmentation for displays products and identifying customer needs/pain points for each segment
Performing deep dives into critical segments and understanding customer workflows and use cases and positioning Dell displays to drive penetration
Designing a comprehensive marketing plan to target specific segments by developing ROI metrics for potential revenue and market share impact and collaterals needed to reach the customers
The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for technology and marketing. Keen interest in analyzing and solving tough business problems is a must.
Pursuing an MBA with a major in marketing
3-5 years prior work experience in marketing or strategy roles preferred
Experience in various aspects of strategic marketing including customer segmentation, targeting, business case modeling etc.
Strong drive for results
Effective team player and cross-functional contributor with excellent communication skills
