What you’ll achieve

As Senior Technical Account Manager, you will ensures best practices are being adhered to within the customer's environment and strives to deliver consistent service levels by exceeding customer expectations and avoiding customer escalations

You will:

  • Focus on Risk Mitigation, Technical Advocacy and Delivery Excellence in assigned accounts

  • Helps manage and coordinate the processing, communication, and implementation of the technology-related changes, including changes related to customer requests, reconfigurations, and is engaged on all upgrade and execution plans

  • Maintains awareness of all complex service matters, including technical Solutions implementations and activities

  • Assessments and reporting will include (and not limited to) technical performance and trending, System health, Capacity and trending, code-level review/recommendations, Dell Security, technology advisories, and a review of relevant within a customer's environments

  • Articulate technical problems and solutions to technically literate team/client members.

Essential Requirements

  • Singapore citizenship due to the clearance requirement for the client/project.

  • 7+ years of relevant experience (customer-facing, large accounts, industry related)

  • 4+ years of experience in Solution Architect, System engineer, technical Consulting

  • Good understanding of Core Storage Solutions Vmax, PowerMax. Mid Rage storage

  • Adequate knowledge on Dell EMC Converged, Hyperconverged solution

  • Desirable Requirements

  • VMware Certified Professional VCP, VCAP

  • Dell EMC Associate or Specialist certification
